"Service was great, front desk clerks were some of the best I've experienced. Room was good, despite being a bit small. Our AC unit didn't work (fan only), which luckily didn't end up being too big of a deal. "Very impressed with the motel. First of all love the mid century decor of the hotel and inside the rooms too. Secondly, the staff is very friendly. Great free breakfast included. "Good overall. Very convenient to Acadia National Park. Rooms were clean and service members were kind and professional. The restaurant next door is a great perk. There’s was an unexpected, live band on a Saturday night which was a great addition. Food and service was great as well. "The Cromwell's staff was excellent in assisting with questions and making sure that we had everything for our stay. The street area by the Cromwell is currently under construction so you need to pay attention to the detour instructions. All the restaurants and shopping are walkable from the Cromwell. Acadia NP entrance is about 10 minutes. Really a convenient location. Enjoyed our stay."
