"Make sure to validate your parking for a cheaper price we forgot about it and were too lazy to go back so we just paid full price or parking but other than that the stay was wonderful and we do plan to stay another time in the future."

"The view of the beach was great from the deck and parking was provided under the hotel free of charge. Very close to coffee in the morning and many food options. "

"The overall stay was decent. We loved our room despite, our balcony ocean view not being that good we had a huge building roof blocking our view. The outdoor jacuzzi floor looked pretty dirty could use a cleaning. Also, the restaurants were all booked but when we were able to sit at the bar the waiter was not that nice and hardly offered us any of the vday specials as he did the guest next to us. Overall rate 3/5. "

"Used the hotel for the final night of our trip due to its proximity to the beaches and LAX airport. However check in was disappointing, when we established that the sofa bed wasn’t made up in advance and were handed the bedding to do it ourselves. We had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with a king bed and sofa bed so if the sofa bed wasn’t made up where were the children going to sleep? Dismissive attitude from the member of staff who explained it was our fault for not directly...

"What we thought was a room upgrade (corner room with spectacular beach views) during daylight hours turned into a nightmare for sleeping as the constant noise from the partiers and motorcycles/low riders late into the night - even on a Wednesday- made for one of the worst night’s sleep ever. Not sure why they didn’t give us the room we reserved since each one is different and we got a double instead of a king"

"I had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue but luckily the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room I ended up getting was a bit cleaner, although I did have a pincher bug as a bed mate when I want to tuck myself in."
