Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. "Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "
