"We had a wonderful stay while in Porto. The location of the hotel was perfect and Ajita was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Although being on the top floor without a lift, the balcony was nice during the evening. There is construction happening nearby, but we were not in the room most of the time it was going on, so it didn't make a difference to us. I would stay once more if lucky enough to visit Porto again."

"The apartment was spotless, modern, luxuriously decorated & very spacious (apt#5). Picture on website are accurate. Good water pressure, good appliances, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of toiletries. "Very clean, very kind staff, delicious food. This is our second stay in an NH Collection hotel and both experiences (Rome and Porto) have been excellent. One thing to note - it does get cold at night in winter months and the heating system is not great. However there are extra blankets provided that did the trick. I would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"The rooms were very clean and spotless but the sizes are relatively small, less than 100 square feet for sure. The rooms has no closet and no space to keep the bags. Its probably good for a single person. You have to carry all your bags through the stairs so take small bags only.
The breakfast is made fresh everyday and very good.

Bedrooms were spacious & clean, beds were super comfortable.
Living room was beautiful, spacious, and had a very comfortable couch.
Kitchen had everything you would need.
Staff was helpful, easy check in/check out and walked you to your building.
No elevators, so might not be ideal if you have a lot of luggage but otherwise, this is an amazing place to stay at. "
