"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel. We will definitely be back."

Fan inoperable in the bathroom Room was directly across from garbage/bin storage area that was cleared out starting at 4am and multiple hours thereafter. There should be some buffering of sound from the hotel to that area as it happens daily"

"When we booked and received confirmation of booking instructions said they would send us code for building 48 hours before arrival. We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). The hotel is literally steps from the Queen Street station so that was convenient. I would gladly stay here again!"
