"This was a quick one night stop on our Ireland road trip. Parking availability was challenging. The property was clean and dinner in the restaurant was good. However the hotel is very dated and the rooms are very basic. The only coffee available in the room was instant. Expected more for the price paid, although it was on the bank holiday, so perhaps that had impact but a coffee maker in rooms would be an improvement"

"Was a very busy weekend when I stayed and they probably could have used a few extra staff members in the bar/restaurant... service was quite slow at times. Not knocking the staff that were working, they did great and were very helpful, there just could have been more of them."

"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"More remote and isolated than I expected, but peaceful and beautiful. Noise from next room could've been an issue, but the white noise on my phone helped. Overall I enjoyed the stay and it was a memorable one."

"The grounds, the hotel rooms, everything was in excellent condition. We had a wonderful staff person Salvio who greeted us with a heartfelt smile, helped us in anyway he could. We would recommend this to anyone especially if you are traveling by train It is right next door but there’s no noise from the station. This hotel is historic and very ell built"

"Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Can’t fault this hotel. Stayed here on multiple occasions and stayed in both double bed room and signature king room and the rooms are exceptional. Always clean and staff are incredibly nice."
