"We stayed at The Killarney Park for three of our ten nights in the southwest of Ireland and wish we could have stayed there all ten! The hotel was superb in luxury, customer service, and attention to detail. From bath salts for the claw-footed tub to a welcome note and snack from the management, the staff went out of their way to give us the vacation of a lifetime. "The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a nice patio. The bathroom was beautiful, clean, updated, and instant hot water in the shower. They refreshed the bathroom supplies daily. The morning breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. "Perfect location near the hop on bus, the Paddywagon pick up, tourist center, and most restaurants and shops. Maybe a 5 minute walk to train/bus station. We love the beautiful indoor pool and spa. Service was first class."

"Wonderful staff and very spacious rooms. Stayed in a triple room (for 3 people) and it was more than big enough. Very warm feeling in this hotel. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Good quality food and you can tell they put their heart into their service. Bathrooms are nice and spacious. I would stay again. "
