"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "After reading all the positive reviews before my trip, I was very pleasantly surprised that this hotel truly lives up to ALL their 5 star reviews. Amazing location, very helpful staff and very friendly. The one bedroom was super spacious for 4 people. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!!"

"The room was good but could have been cleaned better. Crumbs from some food were still there after housekeeping came. Shower floor wasn’t cleaned both days. Room was either to cold or too hot."

"The staff are what makes this place a 5 star hotel! Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and always asking how our stay was and how we were doing. They provided recommendations for us on dining and always answered our questions. Free breakfast was a plus, too! Our room was small and our view was next to nothing, which was kind of depressing when visiting New York but we made do."

"The first 2 days the housekeeper came at 9 am which is 6 am our time and we were sleeping. I asked her to come back in an hour and she never did. The next 2 days she came the room was barely cleaned. I liked the decor but the speckled mirror wasn’t ideal as we wanted a useful Mirror and the glass door to the bathroom let in light when someone was sleeping and someone else wanted to use the bathroom. The guys at the desk were very friendly and helped us when we were leaving."

"Great stay! Loved accessibility to the subway. Easy to navigate uptown and downtown and drops you right at the front door of the hotel. Perfect for late night transit. Area is walkable and feels very safe (we were two female travelers). Printemps department store is a block away and a must see! Hotel bar is a good deal - loved the espresso martini. Only thing missing was wine glasses or any glasses in the rooms so bring your own if that’s a thing for you. You also can’t take bar glasses to your...
