"We spent two unforgettable nights at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern over New Year, including the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, and everything was absolutely stunning. From the beautiful lakefront location to the elegant room, outstanding service, and incredible atmosphere, every detail was perfect. The gala dinner was spectacular — delicious food, wonderful ambiance, and flawless organisation. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, and the dinner on New Year’s Day was the perfect finish to a magical stay. A truly world-class hotel — we cannot wait to return. "
