The hotel staff are wonderful, and the food is really good. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and everything was delicious. The spa was extraordinary—such a relaxing experience! Overall, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. ❤️

Absolutely beautiful view from room, delicious food, excellent service. Historic charming property. A little older as it was built in 1870, but we'll taken care of and property updated. Come with the proper expectation and you will be very happy.

A breathing taking property with the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. The staff are kind and friendly, we especially loved our server Nicoli! The spa amenities are a nice relaxing addition included in the stay with their coffee machines too! Our favorite hotel we stayed in our trip in Switzerland!

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in, made more so by the attention by the staff, but also the incredible location and views. We were made to feel very welcome, staff were very friendly and to my daughter's delight, the mini bar was included! We had a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It was simply stunning and worth a little extra for that room. We are planning another trip to Switzerland so we can stay at the same hotel.

Absolutely breathtaking property/rooms. Staff are SO WONDERFUL, helpful and kind. This hotel exceeded all expectations. We didn’t try any of the bars/restaurants at hotel but they looked amazing.

Our room was in the new wing (newly renovated?) and therefore looks quite new and clean. The hallway was wide with sofas and chairs scattered throughout, which created a inviting and relaxed atmosphere. The personnel was very helpful and accommodating, more so than some 4-star hotels I have stayed in recently in Wengen. The breakfast was of a large selection (but not huge) and of immaculate quality. Minibar was free and well stocked. Free coffee/tea station on the first floor was open all day long. The location of the hotel is very good: a 10-min walk from the train station and right next to the boat dock. Overall, a great gem of a hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.

Lovely property in this hidden seaside town. No air conditioning nor screens on the windows (windows open = bugs in room). Food in restaurant and at breakfast was great. The bar allows smoking, which I have not seen in over a decade. The town is tiny but the views are lovely.

Stay here, you WONT regret it!

This was an absolutely amazing experience, a balcony with a view of Lake Lucerne. The staff was very accommodating and Marcel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even helping to correct a train/rail station error I was about to make prior to arrival. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and far exceeded any other previous lodging offerings I have ever had in Europe. Spa facilities, luggage storage and many other included perks help to make this the only choice in Brunnen with a short trip to Stoos in reach. Stay here, make memories and you will look forward to staying here again as soon as possible.
