The hotel was very comfortable and the view from our room's balcony was wonderful. Very convenient location within a 5 minute walk to the lake.

We were worried about staying after reading other reviews but we couldn’t really fault it! We arrived late in the evening (9pm) and had to call the receptionist to check in (this is the only negative point we have, it would’ve been nice to check in straight away and quickly given we’d just done a 10 hour drive however once we’d called them they came quickly and we checked in with no problems) room was clean, comfy and well equipped. We had a really quiet and comfortable nights sleep and checked out the next day!

Nice location and hotel

Great location in beautiful area with lots to do and see. Breakfast was just ok. Room clean and large. Wifi didn't always work in room. Used it as spot between cities but didn't realize so much to see and hiking right there. Want to go back and explore the mountains in the national park.

The facility has no elevator and bathroom is small. Be aware of additional 2% surcharge for using non EU issued credit card. I was not told about the additional 2% credit card surcharge when I made the reservation. The owner posted at the counter when you are ready to check in the day which leave you no choice.

The only thing this hotel has going for it, is it's location. They are unhelpful and set on their timetables. Not the guests. The rooms are wildly outdated and old. Rooms need to be updated. I would not recommend. Next time I'd rather stay somewhere 20km away and save half the money.

This hotel is a complete cheat. They gave my resevation to some other customer and after reaching there at night with my family I was told that they moved me to a hotel nearly 5 km from the lake. I reserved this hotel for its proximity to the lake but instead got a terrible room in a hotel much further away from where I wanted to sray. I did not expect this to happe. after reaching there traveling all the way from US.
