Der Service von Hotels.com ist eine absolute Katastrophe eine einfache Buchung um einengen Tag vorher war für einen Dienstleister speziell für Hitelbuchungen wohl so eine Mammut Aufgabe dass sie es abgelehnt haben. Absolut niewieder mit euch. Die Unterkunft war der absolute Hammer. Zum Glück war der Hotelbetreiber als der (Dienstleister) Hotels.com
