My second stay at this hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly, hotel is very clean and rooms well equipped. Located in the centre of the town so plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk away.

No pool. When booked the property, the expedia page stated Pool, I took a screen shot so I can evidence this. Very disappointed. Only free parking was between 20.00 & 8.00am, misleading information on the expedia page More 3 star than a four I've stayed in 4 star hotels in Italy recently and have never had to pay for parking Even travelodge has free parking and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean.

hotel in posizione strategica a ridosso del centro, camere spaziose, pulite, personale da 4 stelle. essendo vicino al centro però si paga lo scotto dei parcheggi, non semplicissimi da trovare se non a pagamento.

Sono due i punti di forza di questo hotel: il personale e la pulizia. Per quanto mi riguarda, entrambi questi aspetti sono sufficienti per ritenermi soddisfatto riguardo un soggiorno in albergo. Questa concezione, tuttavia, incontra un limite nel momento in cui, come in questo caso, Expedia mi propone un soggiorno in una struttura a 4 stelle, a fronte oltretutto di un prezzo non esattamente economico. La camera matrimoniale assegnatami (la n.505, con apertura attraverso chiave tradizionale) aveva un arredamento spartano poiché disponeva di un solo comodino, non aveva un armadio (se non un appendiabiti a vista) e aveva la doccia col soffione non regolabile. Torno a precisare: sono rimasto impressionato dalla pulizia e dal profumo diffuso in tutta la camera e negli stessi spazi comuni della struttura, così come merita grande apprezzamento l'intero staff della reception, persone di estremo garbo, disponibilità e grande professionalità. Non parliamo però di 4 stelle, perché molte strutture a 3 stelle potrebbero offendersi.

Lovely place - very lovely people

Parking is priced at 8euro/day and is in a very tight parking garage. The service, room and location however were fantastic. The staff could not be more helpful. Extremely kind and informative. I had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight and was treated to Coffee, fruit juice and piece of cake as I was unable to get breakfast. Truely lovely people, lovely place and all topped off with views of the alps.

gerne wieder

very nice studio with small kitchenette. Modern style very spacious. Quite some streetnoise, but good windows and air condition. Good place to explore the city by foot, friendly staff
