Hotel murah di Schiller Park

"There's a couple of restaurants and Aldi within walking distance. The parking is on site, but part of it is being taken up by trailers (assuming for hotel updates) which made parking a little difficult to find at 11pm on a Saturday night. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The downfall was the elevators kept breaking down. And the stairwell would only lead outside. "This hotel was very disappointing. Not only did the hallways smell awful, but the toilet seat was extremely outdated, with the coating peeling off and making it sticky to sit on. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and there were mysterious stains throughout the room, including on the carpet and bedsheets. "Hallway carpet was pretty worn and loose in places. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Toilet didn’t flush well and bathroom is pretty dated. Coffee maker in the room is nice. Only option for breakfast was the buffet which was $16.95. Most places I stay has a continental breakfast which is nice in hotels close to the airport when you’re traveling. "I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."

"Beautiful place and at a breath taking spot. Staff in the front were very helpful. Good, clean and the most important thing is that its private for the guests. There is a security at the entrance of the pier so nobody can come in. Guests can take walks at the pier, but not the whole pier but some areas. "Excellent staff and location"

"Loved the Royal Sonesta! The beds and pillows were all very soft and not our preference, but we still loved our stay. The signature lobby scent smelled so good! (Is there a Sonesta Lobby candle I can buy!? lol). The location could not be better in downtown Chicago. Staff was so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Fantastic location to walk around Chicago, right in the centre- perfect! However outside noise was very loud! Singers on the street, fire trucks, cars blasting music at all hours is the downside (windows aren’t double glazed). But location made up for it! Roof top bar was very crowded all the time with no special area for guests."
