"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."

Also, my stay was for 8 days and cleaning staff only cleaned the room two days of the stay. I had hung the do not disturb sign out the first two days and cleaning crew recorded it as all week. "The pictures when I booked look far better than what I saw in person. The building is run down. My two queen bedroom suite, was more like two twins. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The carpets were old and it smelled musty. The room had visible water damage and the wall near the window and floor were wet. The linen was dingy and there were drain flies in the bathroom. "I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. "It was a stay of a week on this hotel. It was good but could be better. Even if there were cleaning perceptible in the surrounding area into the hotel the room was not fully clean in a week. The towels were not changed and the staff was not really interested to provide a good service. But, there were not really big issues. We accommodate with that situation."

"First we could not get into our room. The front desk person tried helping but wasn’t sure how to help. He called someone and he did get it open though the electronic key did not work. Then we got in the room and someone had been laying on the bed watching TV. The bed was messy and the pillows were all piled up. I asked for a new room and was told they did not have any. I left and found a new hotel. All this happened between 10:00 and 11:00 PM after traveling for 6 hours."
