"Breakfast was a freaking circus. Huge group of people and sat wherever and wouldn’t move even after they finished breakfast. So there was absolutely no seats for normal guests. Wait for food was LONG.. recommend looking into if there is big groups staying there before you book."

"The older lady with blonde hair seemed to be a manger rude and condescending asked a simple question about points . Someone needs to teach her some people skills she had none . The young man the night before was super friendly . He should take her job for sure. He was warm and personable and welcoming. Thank goodness only stayed 1 night. Room was very boost at 6 am with all the tractor trailers loading next door. Hallways dark and dingy. We’re checking out at 11 and came back to the room at 10:00 and maid was in the room. Not sure why? Saw us and walked right out . We were there for only 2 night."

"Advertised as a hotel and spa. Never saw a spa anywhere. Instead we were greeted with a huge loud party at the attached convention center that was not known about. The party when on until 11:00 pm. We were in what was listed as a family suite but the party music was so loud it vibrated the walls and our family could not sleep until I was over. Not ideal for the baby or the older children. The air conditioning was old and just on the exterior wall so it did not cool the kids room or the bathroom at all. The breakfast that was included was minimal, coffee, cereal, toast and eggs, no fruit or anything fresh. The whole place smelled odd and the carpet seemed to need to be shampooed. The one good thing I can say is the location good. We will not be returning to this hotel."
