"The staff was not helpful. Did ask to have the room cleaned 2 times and they came in and made the bed again can’t say clean or the same sheets because idk and the bathroom was not cleaned when they did clean the room finally. They did give us towels though. Never anyone at the desk u always had to ring the bell for service. The breakfast was ok. Typical comfort suites breakfast. We will not for sure be back."

"I've stayed here before and it was very good for a low-budget motel, so I decided to stay again when I needed to stay overnight near Portland. It's close to a lot of things, and conveniently located, while being very inexpensive. This time, the room was clean, but the bathroom blinds were filthy and the tub faucet ran (not just dripped, but full-on ran) the entire time. Thankfully, I couldn't hear it when I closed the bathroom door. The bed was very comfortable, but they have flimsy pillows, fyi. The TV remote also didn't fully work (it wouldn't change channels). And when I arrived back at the hotel near midnight, all the parking spots were taken, so I had to park on the grass, which I felt bad about, but there was no other option I could figure. I will probably stay here again, as my experience the previous time was better, and it is a decent enough place given the price point. "

"Loved this hotel! Perfect location, walkable to everywhere in old port. Stunning building. Beds are small but so comfortable. Staff was so polite and welcoming. We didn’t use the spa or eat at the restaurants but coffee was hot and nice in the morning. Hotel is so charming and nice. They restored it beautifully keeping the original charming characteristics."

"I liked the thought of a kitchen. Fully stocked means bare minimum on dishes and silverware. Dishwasher didn't work. Garbage disposal had horrible odor. I ran hot water and soap down it. Refrigerator also looks clean but has odor. Bedroom was great size bedding was great.the pillows were my favorite part. 1 out of 4 staff I interacted with was pleasant the rest were rude, 1 was insulting. The elevator is at one end of the building, naturally our room was at the opposite, No ceiling fans in any of the rooms, one might be nice. Room Decor was great, light choices were helpful. No light in closet but ironing board. Towels were clean and white. I appreciated the dove products in refillable bottles on wall and shower. Better for the environment and less to drag around with you in your suitcase. Location is close to airport, mall, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. You have short travel to see ocean and lighthouses."
