Cari Kediaman di Scandicci

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!"

"They were so kinda about holing our bags and helping us feel welcome"

"This is NOT a palace. Host pestered us about paying the taxes and uploading documentation, even after we did those things. We arrived during the posted check-in hours, but no one was at the property, nor did they respond to multiple messages and calls. After waiting, calling the "emergency" number that no one answered, and calling Expedia for help, a fellow guest let us in to the lobby (they understood since they had similar horrible experiences). After another hour of waiting and unanswered...

"Quiet and comfortable."

"Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe."

"It was very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. I would stay here again."
