"I have stayed at the Social Hub twice and it is a clean, modern hotel within easy walking distance to the historic center and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Conveniently, there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to the airport. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful."

"Staff was great! Room was nice and spacious and hotel close to the markets and restaurants !! Elevator was very small especially if you have a wheelchair which we had and barely fit! Would recommend!"

"Big and clean room. Changing towels and bed sheets everyday. We can hear the train passing by, but it's just ok. Overall it's a good place to stay. Breakfast is just ok. As well as the location very close to terminal."

"The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend"

"This hotel was great! All new amenities, very clean and in a location ideal for access to the main train station. The pool was a highlight and, although it did get busy, we never waited long for a sun lounger. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was wonderful to us! They took our luggage to the room upon arrival and shuttled us to town. The grounds are beautiful. Next time we would stay longer! We hired a taxi and went to a small winery that was a great experience. St Agnes’s farm. You need a reservation. Fantastic wines!!"
