"Hotel is fairly new, modern and clean. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The staff was both pleasant and accommodating. There is a really beautiful bar on the top floor with nice views and a great vibe. The restaurants are wonderful, we ate lunch and dinner during our stay. The service at both restaurants was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious/five star! Highly recommend!"

Unbelievable views, delicious breakfast buffet, and the friendliest, most helpful staff that felt like our friends by the end of our stay. Walking distance to beach and One Fire Beach Club, amazing restaurants everywhere, and a quick 10 minute water taxi ride (or 15-20 minute bus ride) to beautiful Positano. More affordable than staying most places in Positano and definitely less crowded, but so easy to get there when we wanted to,...

"This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "

"Beat Staff! All of them but I don’t know their names. Juicy was our go to person who helped us with our trip. She explains in detail what you need to know and is soooo patient. Vincenzo is the host at the restaraunt! He smiles at you and ensures you feel welcomed. When you hug to say goodbye, you know it was a great stay. Be good to the staff and they will be great to you."

"I traveled thru the Amalfi coast and Sicily for over 10 days and Hotel Residence was a favorite. Beautiful, good sized room, very clean. The location cannot be beat, you can walk to everything, but quiet at night. What really sets it apart is the staff, very approachable but professional. Antonio was very helpful with figuring out taxi and train arrangements. Highly recommend."

"Clean room, breakfast was very basic we were promised beach view but we got a parking lot for you which blocked the beach view and we just see the ocean, I asked if they can switch me to a higher room, they said no, that was very disappointing because we never really sat in the hotel we didn't even see the pool area"
