"Unfortunately we were not aware that our apartment would back onto the train line so this really interrupted our sleep. The floors in the apartment were very dirty due to the soot floating in from the freight trains. My advice would be take ear plugs and some house shoes to wear. The property otherwise is excellent- large apartment, 2 pools (1 heated), friendly staff and excellent communication"

"We stayed one night whilst travelling interstate. We were greeted by the friendly motelier upon arrival. Check in was seamless and she directed us to our room. The room was beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to rest up for the next day's long drive. Whole property was well manicured and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again if we are in Coffs Harbour."

"Very disappointing stay – one of the worst places I've ever stayed

It was so off-putting that it made it difficult to feel comfortable, and I had serious doubts about the cleanliness of the room.
The motel itself felt very dated, shabby and in need of a proper refresh. I honestly wanted to leave...

"Was very old and outdated and is in need of significant repairs and renovation. The bathroom in particular was quite poor and desperately needs upgrading. The walls also seemed very thin, as we could clearly hear people showering in the rooms next door. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell around the reception area.
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, which was definitely the best part of our...
