This was a great option for the CBD. It was walkable to eateries and some shops. It is on a major highway/street in and out of town so use the crosswalks and perhaps carry a torch at night. The front desk staff was very nice and the parking areas were sufficient.

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, good amenities and daily service including fresh bath sheet size towels. Heavy school holiday traffic during day but quiet at night, we had a rear room so in a very good position, access is from a side street not the highway which was excellent. We would choose CBD Motor Inn again in the future.

Great place to stop driving through Coffs. It’s been renovated really nicely. Very clean and staff were friendly. Really delicious Chinese restaurant across the road! Only thing to consider is if you are a light sleeper being so close to the highway. They do provide you with ear plugs in the room if you need them!

This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. I took advantage of the breakfast room service which I enjoyed. The bed was comfortable, aircon and blockout curtains were good. The motel had all the usual amenities that you’d expect such as a kettle, tea, coffee, ect. I would stay again next time I’m passing through.

Quick stop overnight for Bris- Syd drive. Family of 5 (7, 5 3). The cleanest motel I've ever experienced!! Definitely a lot better than hotels I've stayed at too. Location is perfect, didnt have to add any time to our long drive, 10min walk to woolies and cafes. Beautifully renovated! Clean towels, lovely ammenities like tea, coffee, soap, body wash, etc. Definitely lifting the standards for small boutique places! Our only issue was us - our 3 boys had been cooped up in the car due to a late ferry so were up later than usual, we had a knock on the door at about 930 due to the noise - grateful for letting us know and love the consideration for other guests - just the reminder my boys needed when theyre deaf to mums requests 🙈 Will be my no.1 stop in coffs for our annual travels!

Exceptional for comfort

Very comfortable beds and modern room. Unexpectedly quiet during our stay as it was pretty full. Would definitely come back to stay there if stopping at Coffs again. Location is great and staff is helpful and friendly.

So clean!

Jason was excellent to deal with as we were late arriving. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Even though it’s next to the road, you can’t hear the traffic in the room. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here as part of our driving holiday from Townsville to Canberra and everything in between Stayed on our way south and again on our way back home north On the return trip we were racing home for the cyclone in NQ and we arrived in Coffs at near 8PM, exhausted after driving from Canberra they morning and encountering an unexpected tyre replacement in Newcastle too adding hours to our drive We were able to take the last available room after check in closing time and by chance ended up in Room 5 again! We were so grateful of going above and beyond to accommodate us late with a room We highly recommend this motel for travel to and through Coffs Harbour Hopefully will be back in a year or two travelling from Townsville again to NSW

We ended up paying more for the property then what we were quoted through Expedia . Also had to leave the windows shut the entire night as the sound from the highway was way too loud from all the trucks and cars driving past it is on the main road though so . The cleaners hadn’t done a good job cleaning the property there was hairs in the sheets and one tissue left in the tissue box . The gentleman at reception was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for dinner .
