They also provided a breakfast pack for us as we had to leave before the restaurant opened in the morning. Great service. "

Not telling that to the potential guests in advance is misadvertizing and not doing anything to correct this and other problems listed below is mismanagement. The suite had a nice kitchenette with a hot plate, coffee maker and a fridge with a small freezer compartment which came in handy...
