An amazing relaxation time. Staff is very courteous and willing to take good care of you. Breakfast are plentiful. Overall great place in front of the Drava.

Cozy rooms, great location close to many restaurants and the beautiful walk by the river. Nice and dedicated staff. One improvement area would be clearer information of opening hours of the reception and check in availability as it required a 1h notice in advance. However, once I arrived it proved to be more flexible than the first impression. Overall, recommended stay for anyone visiting for either pleasure or work!

Perfect location

It is a wonderful hotel with beautiful view to the river. It is at the center of the town. So you can reach tourist spots easily. The owners are such gentle and kind people. You'll enjoy a stay here.

The property is very homey, clean and has a very nice and welcoming staff. The breakfast was wonderful! Also very accessible if you want to go to the city centre or just promenade along the river Drava.

Fani&Rozi is an amazing B&B. The location is perfect, it is in the town and also on the grassy bank of the river, very relaxing and pretty. The rooms are good size, great views, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing both in terms of quality and the setting of the tables. Everybody is kind and smiley and easy to get along with. We would absolutely recommend this place.

It was a fabulous stay. Hotel in great position. The town is very smart. The only surprising thing was the price of the car park next to the hotel. Everything else great even the fifty plus swans at night on the river.

We stayed in Berta room for 5 nights, which is on the ground floor and right next to the guest area. We could hear when other guests either came in late or left early. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is good and the staff are super friendly, Ksenija is a great host! The location is perfect!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Kroatien und können das schöne kleine Hotel, mit bester Lage am Fluss und zum Zentrum, nur bestens empfehlen. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Restaurants in der Altstadt sehr gemütlich und romantisch gelegen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastische locatie. Alleen jammer dat ze aan de weg bezig waren. Lastig met auto te bereiken. Gelukkig was op dag van aankomst een feestdag. Hierdoor konden we wel een stukje richting BB komen. Was wel even vreemd dat eigenaar in avond vertrekt en er dus niemand van het pand aanwezig was. Kamer was fantastisch (familiekamer met uitzicht op rivier) Fantastische bedden, Fantastische stortdouche. Ontbijt simpel maar goed

Die Unterkunft ist so klasse, dass wir schon traurig waren, dort nur einen Zwischenstopp gemacht zu haben. Parkhaus (DM/Hofer) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch aktuelle Baustellen, war die Anfahrt im dunkeln nicht so einfach. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin beim Check-Inn! Wir kommen wieder!

Superb!

Fani & Rozi is a charming and wonderful little place to lay your head during a stay in Maribor. Katja is a warm and welcoming host! Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable in the two-bedroom apartment. Everything is clean and new and there are thoughtful touches throughout, telling the story of Maribor and the history of the family that owned the building. The location cannot be beat! The view of the river is gorgeous and everything you would want to explore in Old Town Maribor is extremely walkable from the B&B. We cannot wait for a return visit!
