"Photos of property highlighted cute rooms with exposed bricks. May be in some but not in the room we were offered. The beds could use an upgrade but did the job for one night. Continental breakfast will keep us coming back. So many options and my kids said it made up for the lack of a pool. "

"Excellent hotel. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, parking, staff courteous and helpful, everything works, restaurant also very good, very good location near the harbour, close enough to access all the benefits of downtown but also far away enough to avoid all the noise and carnage of city nightlife. Close to public transport stops as well. Good value for money. Has everything you want, no need to go to more expensive ostentatious places. Cannot recommend it enough."

"Like most of downtown Victoria, there are homeless on the street. They don’t brother you for the most part. The staff here are super friendly and we decided to valet our rental car to keep it safe. "

"Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza."
