Fire alarm went off late at night causing hotel to evacuate. I understand that safety is the number one concern, however not a single employee extended an apology for the inconvenience. Being that i was in the shower I had to scramble to put something on and go stand in the cold while being wet.

The Desoto Savannah
Room was outdated, chips in floor, bathtub had scratches that look like dirt. Did not receive maid service for the first two days - had to inquire. Shampoo, Conditioner not replenished. Front desk repeatedly placed additional holds on my CC, with no clarification. Some staff were extremely condescending. ...
