"Als wir zu zweit ins Hotel angereist sind, haben sie uns unser Zimmer und sonst Besonderheiten gezeigt. Am nächsten Morgen, als wir unser Zug um 7:33 hatten und am 7:05 unser Schlüssel zurück gegeben haben, war das Personal sehr hilfreich und wir konnten unsere Koffer dort für den Tag lassen. "Great stay, many thanks. A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend."

"Small boutique hotel with very friendly feel. Located about 15-20 mins walk from the old town in a quiet area. There's also a tram stop right outside which will take you to old town in 5 mins. Rooms were clean and tidy and the owner/manager was extremely helpful with local information. "

"Most friendly staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time we checked in until we sadly checked out the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Mathilda in the restaurant was so helpful with not only breakfast but also great suggestions on places to visit in Bordeaux.The hotel is located across the street from a mall and a Tram station. So easy to get anywhere in Bordeaux from this hotel. Would love to stay here again."

"Lovely welcome, bar open late. Room and other areas ultraclean. Room very comfortable for one person, but might be a squeeze for 2 people with luggage. Breakfast really good, exactly what was wanted. Very convenient for station, but no train noise -- in fact, no noise at all in my room at the back. I'll go there again. "

"Beautiful Hotel, with the most helpful staff with excellent English. Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. Our room in the tower was amazing, huge comfortable bed. If traveling to Bordeaux and want a superb place to stay Yndo is highly recommended "
