Excellent front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice size suite with lots of storage space. Breakfast was a very nice surprise, more than your standard continental. Best thing of all was the location. Right in the middle of the city centre; easy walking to loads of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay. The rooms were exactly as expected, and even felt a bit roomier than many French hotel rooms. The front desk staff were excellent — very helpful and patient, especially with booking taxis and vans for us multiple times during our stay. The location is also fantastic. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, right in the middle of everything, but still felt quiet and calm once we were inside. A great base for exploring Bordeaux.

Location can’t be beat. Right in the heart of the shops and cafes, steps from the Opera and a short walk to the university. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing recommendations and tips for best navigating the area. Be mindful that it’s located in a pedestrian-only part of the city, so it will be a short walk to pickup a taxi or uber. Absolutely would stay here again.

This hotel is at a great price point for what you get. The location is right in the middle of all of the action and it is a short walk to the tram. You can purchase a good buffet breakfast, which I recommend since most restaurants don't open until lunch time. It is surprisingly quiet and has the best air conditioning around. I highly recommend it!
