"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them. "Checkin took a long time ..15 minutes + Difficulty understanding my bookings ( had booked 4 nights online, then had added 1 on for beginning of stay) Keys not activated so had to call for access to underground parking Elevator not working from underground parkade so had to take stairs with luggage, then go to front desk to get keys activated Hallway floors pretty dusty … not vacuumed for awhile"
