"Anastasia and the staff were so hospitable during my stsy. Upon arrival after a long travel journey I was warmly greeted and offered champagne. Since this was my birthday trip, I gladly accepted. Check in was fairly seamless and was pleasantly surprised that I had been upgraded to a suite. All in all, the service and hospitality was exceptional. "The hotel and its facilities were great, every little thing in it was very good, the cleaning service was good but it could have been a little better.
The only big downside is maybe the price, for me it was worth it, and for families in general it’s a very good option."
