"Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so...

"This was a lovely place to spend our first couple of nights in Costa Rica after a long flight. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfasts were great, as was our evening meal. The accommodation felt vibrant and Costa Rican, which we loved, but could do with a little updating. However, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoyed the coffee tour and would highly recommend it."

"For the price point this place was disappointing. Very dated. The beds weren't very comfortable. Breakfast was not included. There was an airport shuttle but only one and only 1 way. So in our case we had flights out at different times and had to pay for the second shuttle. The restaurant/brewery was good. Service and friendliness all around left something to be desired. Location close to the airport was good. The pool was very nice. "
