"The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. "

"The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received."

"The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them."

"Staff pleasant. Room large and clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker worked on arrival but not after. They didn’t spend a lot on room decoration but hot water and welcoming shower was appreciated. Perfect for one night stay and walkable access ( if you’re a practiced walker) to SPAC and downtown."
