"Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet. The restaurant is lovely and our meal was very good. The wait staff were excellent. There is not much undercover parking, but plenty of onsite open spaces, protected by a security gate. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to return on our next trip. Thank you Elite Gold Coast staff."

Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! "Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "

"Great spot with a cafe only a short walk away. While the road is busy, the room was quiet and it was a great location for doing things around the mountain (we were there for a wedding).
