Lugar excelente mas atendimento confuso

Gostamos do quarto e da instalação. O atendimento com relação ao checkout mais tarde foi meio confuso, alguns funcionários não souberam nos informar mas a estadia foi boa em geral. A recepção do Sr. Renato foi muito bacana. Sentimos falta de uma vaga no estacionamento, que estava lotado.

Estadia boa, quarto limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos, a copeira Neide um doce de pessoa. Só precisam melhorar o chuveiro do banheiro, e não recomendo os quartos do térreo pelo barulho, além da piscina que era na minha janela, existia muito pernilongo no quarto saímos todos picados, comprei repelente e veneno e mesmo assim era mordida.

Pontos positivos e negativos

Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã bom Pousada perto da praia porém distante do centro, mas tem alguns estabelecimentos por perto. Ponto negativo foi o tamanho do box pequeno demais com chuveiro que espirrava água pra todo lado e ar-condicionado barulhento demais.

Pousada bem tranquila e agradável

A pousada é muito agradável, bem localizada, funcionários super solícitos, é bem tranquilo o ambiente. Café da manhã muito bom, ambiente familiar, piscina boa. Chuveiro bom. A Praia de barequeçaba foi uma boa surpresa, tranquila, águas calmas e boa temperatura. A estadia só não foi perfeita pq achamos os colchões das camas muito duros...colchão ortopédico para quem nao tem problema na coluna não dá né kkkk duro demais... mas consegui dormir, pois o lugar é bem silencioso. Um lugar onde você fica bem a vontade. Ótimo custo beneficio.

Ainda que entendendo algumas limitações considerando custo/benefício e a aproximação da alta temporada entendemos que a preocupação com a manutenção não é observada. 2 dias de hospedagem com o ralo do banheiro entupido, ver tv é uma "manobra" e os matinais já foram MUITO bons porém hoje não mais!

Péssimo

A pousada é super velha, precisando de reforma urgente. O quarto, os móveis, roupa de cama, café e banheiro péssimos. Nunca fiquei numa pousada tão ruim na minha vida. Era para ficar uma semana no Carnaval e fiquei somente 2 dias, porque não tinha condições de ficar no local. Pedi para reembolsar pelo menos parte do valor e não quiseram. Tiver que ir para outra pousada e fiquei no prejuízo.

Funcionários extremamente receptivos e prestativos, sorridentes, muito bem educados, especialmente o rapaz da recepção e a moça que faz o café da manhã. Nota 10. A estrutura da pousada é boa, tem piscina, livros a vontade, jogos de tabuleiro, água a vontade na cozinha. Fiquei num quarto com uma cama de casal e uma beliche; a parte de cima da beliche tinha o "quadro" que sustenta o colchão danificado, de modo que a pessoa que ficaria em cima teve de dormir no colchão, no chão. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.

A pousada é simples, não tem nada de uau, mas é tudo bem limpinho e organizado. Ela fica próxima da praia, da para ir caminhando tranquilamente. O café da manhã, é bom! A única coisa que nos desapontou foi a tv rs A noite, principalmente para distrair as crianças não tinha nada de desenho e não era smart tv falaram que é tv por assinatura mas só pegava os canais básicos e nem a globo estava pegando. No demais, foi tranquilo, voltaremos mais vezes.
