Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!! Very disappointed with this hotel! I was really looking forward to coming here, but for the price I paid, I could have found a much cheaper hotel with better service! First of all, check-in took over 15 minutes! The receptionist was very cold and didn't make me feel welcome at all! No smile, he seemed annoyed that I was there! The room is extremely tiny and the Wi-Fi is incredibly weak! Impossible to work! I was disconnected every 20 minutes!!! The area is very dangerous at night, be careful! Also they ask you 20BRL per item to keep your luggages (even for a small backpack that you can put over your suitcase)! Breakfast was okay.

Elevadores não estavam funcionando corretamente, causando muita demora...Ar condicionado do quarto parou de funcionar e não foi consertado até o fim da estadia (ficamos 24h sem ar condicionado). Uma das maquininhas de cartão para pagamento dos mantimentos também não funcionava corretamente. Água do chuveiro sem pressão. Do restante, tudo ok, café da manhã muito bom, cama confortável.
