Só acho q deveria ter mais flexibilidade para o checkin. Chegamos de viajem 11:00 e só podíamos entrar às 14:00, enquanto em outro hotel em que um casal de amigos ficaram eles conseguiram fazer o checkin nesse horário. Mas continua sendo um bom hotel, limpeza, boa cama e travesseiros, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários muito educados e simpáticos! Recomendo a todos a conhecerem.

Atendente do check in muito simpática. Já o senhor que estava na recepção e nos atendeu no final do dia muito mal educado. Piscina podia estar mais limpa. De maneira geral foi tudo tranquilo, mas ocorreram dois pontos negativos que precisam ser mencionados. Chegamos em uma quarta-feira (éramos os únicos hóspedes), piscina já estava suja, avisamos na sexta-feira das condições da piscina, a limpeza só foi iniciada no domingo quando estávamos indo embora e com a pousada cheia. Outra coisa é o café da manhã com horário marcado, isso te deixa muito preso. Deixamos de tomar café 2 dias, pois o primeiro horário é muito tarde e não daria tempo devido ao passeio que tínhamos planejado.
