A equipe é muito atenciosa, em especial o atendimento do Restaurante. O unico fato desagradável foi meu encontro com uma barata dentro do meu quarto! Mas já estive muitas vezes nesse hotel e isso nunca tinha acontecido! Acho importante uma atenção para que isso não seja recorrente!

Precisa melhorar

Quarto e banheiro muito bom , café da manha ótimo, restaurante com poucas opções , área da piscina está sofrível com vários guarda sol quebrados , os dois quiosques sem teto e sem sofá e não existe opções para os hóspedes conversarem ou jogar um baralho após as 22 horas. Já nos hospedarmos várias vezes nesse hotel e sentimos piora nesses aspectos e melhoria nenhuma.

Area da piscina msl cuidada, sem cobertura nos quiosques a cascata da piscina só é ligada após as 12 horas e com pedido solicitado na recepção.vale ressaltar o carinho de alguns funcionários.
