The only downside is of course they don’t let guests to stay an extra hour or two by saying very politely that there is another guest is arriving in the same room. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! "Great location for unforgettable sunsets. Walk to Oia can be tough in the summer months, but it's probably a must if you're in Santorini. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the hotel staff will help you get around as needed. Great food, the breakfasts are massive and delicious. Only drawbacks were that the jacuzzi didn't get hot enough and there is no shade on the balcony or anywhere else in the hotel, unless you are inside your room "
