Arrived at the hotel to only be told they have no reservations for me. After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. After leaving embarrassed as other customers waited I found accommodation elsewhere. 45 minutes later I received a call asking me to return there was a mistake at the front desk and my reservations are found. Needless to say I did not return.
