"The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again. "

"Excellent. Living up to its name and standard as a mandarin oriental. Gym was perfect although if the gym have some kind of facing will be nice apart from that amenities, food selection, near to shopping etc all you could expect of a 5 star hotel"

Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it. "
