"The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. "Indtjekningen var en katastrofe. Wifi var en katastrofe. Fitness på 4 kvm burde droppes helt. Men værelset var super lækkert, med en dejlig udsigt. Personalet er super rare, og meget serviceminded Buffeten er ren verdensklasse og kagerne gode. Beliggenhed er også god Kan anbefales"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel & property was grand, serene, spotless and very well maintained. The staff were all so professional and helpful. The location was awesome and so close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the relax time by the infinity pool with an incredible view of the marina. The staff at the pool were so friendly and attentive. Wonderful dinner and service at the award winning Beef Bar too. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!!"

"Great stay. Good location and staff very friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the aircon not switching off, but it was resolved as soon as we asked. Continental breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Only downside was the noise from the bar (we were on floor 3), didn’t bother us too much but was noticeable and went on quite late, so could bother others."

"Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym. "
