The route had us worried a bit bcuz it over a hill you couldn’t see from the freeway but it was a different world upon arrival. We ordered tostadas de ceviche & it was 🔥. "En general bien pero aun está en construcción, ruido, lodo y trabajadores. Personal amable, no hay elevador y no hay quien te ayude con tu equipaje. Habitaciones amplias con todo lo necesario excepto que nunca pudimos utilizar la smart tv por la mala señal de internet (les comentamos y no hubo mejora). El desayuno incluído buen sabor y personal amable, solo hay chilaquiles y considero que la porción era pequeña, pedimos más de la carta para complementar. "Stayed here with husband and kids the staff at the reception are super friendly and very welcoming the kids had a blast at the pool only thing I wish is they could update the 3 bedroom option. The shower door was broken the floors weren’t clean in some areas and the sheets/comforters could use a huge update. You MUST check out the bakery right next door it’s delish and super cute!"

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, point blank. I have never slept on a firmer mattress. Even my camping air mattress is more comfortable than this "glamping" bed!! If I wanted to sleep on the hard ground I would have just gone camping! That said, the property and cabins are beautiful; it's very Instagram-worthy. The jacuzzi is nice and not too chlorinated. There are several horses at the property and also ATV's...

"Everything was great about this hotel, except one thing, the road getting in. It’s definitely a little off the beaten path and expect lots of dirt and dust on the way in. outside of that, the staff were very kind and professional, as is almost always the case in Mexico, the place was very clean and the views were beautiful. It probably deserves five stars except for the location. If they would pay the roads in and make it a little smoother to get in, that would probably make it a five for me."
