"Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center. Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink. The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is overrated for the price. It is not clean and the food was regular, even the food was with hair. They don’t have even a mini fridge for such as expensive hotel. You have to park far away from the room. It was a lizard inside the blender and the pool has a frog inside. The view is not like it is in the picture."

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing—it says Continental Breakfast but it’s a full blown buffet with great food and fresh juices. Ceviche for dinner was the best I’ve had. Only negatives were the jets in the shower in the room didn’t work well and some of the hot tubs were either hotter or colder than what was listed. Service in 5th floor restaurant was not great but food was pretty good. Absolutely recommend staying here!"
