"I really needed a room change , there were three of us and the beds were not big enough, the staff were abrupt and did not really try to accommodate us so that there were three beds for us to use or even a rollaway bed, the rooms are very tiny and there is no place to sit down in the room only a couple of chairs outside, there is no refrigerator , so no ability to keep drinks cold. My recommendation is to stay someplace else and visit. I had booked it for 4 nights and no refund was given, we...

"Great things to say about the hotel! Phenomenal shuttle service (10/10), driver Mauricio was punctual/patient. Upon landing he was ready w/ a nice cool van & drink cooler. The 2.5 hr ride was long, but he offered stops for food, restrooms, etc. He was knowledgeable w/ lots of recommendations & my 10 y/o loved that he had WIFI avail. "Nice small property with buildings spread around. Rooms 1-4 are in one building, but the rest looked individual. Clean, comfortable room. Bench outside on porch for seating. Dinner and breakfast were good with lots of options, and good beer selection for a small place. Very convenient to National park entrance for blue river hike."
