"Meu quarto 302 estava com mancha am cima do frigobar. Não sei se era sangue ou tinta vermelho, não quis testar pra ver.
No café da manhã o café estava frio e pedimos um suco que não veio em 20 minutos, tomamos o café da manhã com água e fomos trabalhar, o suco não veio, atendentes com cara amarrada, perguntando 3 vezes se não iam trazer o suco e a resposta foi “ já pedimos”."

"Além do lençol estar sujo, quando eu fui fazer s reserva procurei por um hotel com café da manhã, hoje , desci as 9h e café já estava escolhido, a funcionária me informou que o café da manhã funciona até as 9:15. Em nenhum lugar tem essa informação e em nenhum hotel no mundo o café acaba antes das 10h. Funcionária mal humorada e antipática. Gostaria de saber como fica a questão do café da manhã já que tive que procurar onde tomar o café da manhã e gastar de novo por um serviço já contratado"

"Nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. We arrived very late past midnight after missing a flight in São Paulo. We used the WhatsApp message service and the staff got back to us instantly to say someone would be there to let us in. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Location is great, right in the centre of the city with plenty of shops and places to eat. Not far from the mall either. We will definitely stay again."
