"The helpful staff & their level of customer service is what made our stay simply excellent! The views from the breakfast buffet is straight out of a painting. "The front desk staff were super responsive, helped arrange transport to the airport. The continental breakfast was very nice and the expresso coffees were great. The terrace restaurant was nice for dinner overlooking the ocean. Used the gym downstairs once, big gym lots of good equipment but a little dirty around the floors which was not to my standards for a gym. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked amazing. "

"A great hotel with views of Vesuvius. Staff were first class. Good sized room. All spotlessly clean. Huge grounds in which to walk or relax. Pool with loungers & towels supplied plus the poolside bar. On site parking with buggies available to bring luggage to or from your car. Also courtesy bus from the nearest station (free) or the airport (chargeable). Good breakfast buffet. We didn't try the restaurant. Good location for visiting Pompeii or Herculaneum. "
