"El hotel es realmente hermoso, con unas vistas espectaculares y unas instalaciones preciosas. El desayuno nos encantĂł, muy completo y con muchĂsimas opciones, y la comida en general fue excelente. Como puntos a tener en cuenta, no hay ascensor y nuestra habitaciĂłn estaba en el tercer piso, asĂ que tuvimos que subir las maletas. Además, la playa no es privada del hotel, sino pĂşblica, y cuando estuvimos estaba bastante llena. Aun asĂ, el hotel, sus instalaciones, la atenciĂłn, la comida y sobre todo las vistas son espectaculares. Una experiencia muy bonita."

"The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around ÂŁ480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around ÂŁ300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Nice location near to the beach and friendly staff. I'm not sure about the 4 star rating though as the rooms are a bit simple and our bed/pillows were uncomfortable, but the amenities are great. Breakfast was ok. "
