"I had an excellent stay at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa and would gladly return. The property has a beautiful Southwestern character that feels appropriate for Santa Fe rather than like a generic hotel. The common areas are warm and inviting, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was one of the biggest highlights. Being so close to the Santa Fe Plaza made it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, and many of the places I wanted to visit without constantly needing transportation. My room was comfortable and relaxing, and I appreciated having a peaceful place to come back to after being out exploring during the day. The staff also made a great impression. Everyone I encountered was courteous, welcoming, and professional, and the overall service felt polished without being stiff or impersonal. Between the location, atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, and service, Eldorado Hotel & Spa delivered exactly what I wanted from a Santa Fe stay. It felt upscale while still maintaining the charm and personality of the city. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located hotel in Santa Fe. Five stars!"

"The hotel is in a great location The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. There was an amazing breakfast buffet as well as another at dinner time which we did not attend but that was a first for me! Both buffets were included with your stay. What more could you ask for!"
Inn and Spa at Loretto

"We had a unique experience at the Loretto. We arrived at a time when Santa Fe was receiving an unusual amount of rain. Our first room had water on carpet and commercial fans in room. After much discussion with desk we were placed in another room and told we would have to leave that room and then be placed in final room on the next day. The desk attendant was very helpful and continued to help up. Unusual situation but they did an ok job to rectify it. Hotel itself is quaint although could use some updating. No drawers for unpacking and closets in bathroom. Very unfriendly bathroom. No countertop. Large double pedestal sink but no countertop. Room clean, no chance to use pool or other amenities. Not sure was worth cost."
