Cari Ryokan di Santa Cruz

"The price was okay for the days I stayed. But they don’t offer tours or amenities. They do have a restaurant with not enough staff, or waiter experience. Hotel staff at the lobby were very helpful and polite. Overall I would suggest updating some of the information regarding this hotel."

"El hotel tiene una ubicación céntrica, por lo que se puede visitar la ciudad fácilmente a pie. Es un pequeño hotel boutique con habitaciones bonitas y modernas. El desayuno es satisfactorio. Además, cuenta con una cafetería junto al hotel y, enfrente, otra un poco más grande. En todas partes hay un buen ambiente y una decoración atractiva."

"The room and the bed, towels were very clean. The breakfast was very complete and very good."

"Beautiful views and clean property. The food there is great, and it’s well located. However, the cleaning staff stole a $100 bill from my backpack and replaced it with a fake one. I would rather they just took the money, but replacing it with a fake note could’ve gotten me in serious trouble, and that was a slap in the face. I’ve traveled all over and never experienced such a disappointment; I felt violated that the housekeeper went through my personal stuff. At my departure, I emailed the team...

"Nice, good quality hotel with good service and ambiance. pool needs better maintenance. walk from room to lobby was outside the building so that when it rained, we got wet."

"Clean room, good staff,"

"Great place for the price. Only issue I had was the music blaring one of two nights across the street - all night, from 9pm to 6am. Not the hotels fault; but frustrating. Would stay again though"

"Nice and clean"

"Desde a recepção, a equipe da limpeza e o pessoal do café da manhã, foram sempre muito prestativos e disponíveis para ajudar no que foi necessário, voltaremos. A localização é bem próxima a praça central."

"Book at the hotel and they will take you in to different place. Building entrance key doesn't work most of the time. Very hard to take transportation to and to the place. Male attendants were very friendly and helpful. And many more small details."

"Muy bueno"
