"This property nice with kitchenette and plenty of space. It’s very clean and provided good toiletries. Keep in mind there’s no hair conditioner or iron which would have been helpful for us. However if you’re planning to do a lot of activities in city center and utilize the train station, the location is not convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to Duomo and 30 minute walk to the train station. We spent more money on transport due to this. The staff were fantastic to work with, very responsive."

"Very nice for the price, good breakfast not the typical US breakfast, this one is very good, excellent.
Even though the construction is a little bit old, the building is well maintained.
Room very clean, comfortable bed with clean and iron sheets, bathroom good, everything very nice, it has a good location but there is a construction going on right now, they are building the line that is going directly to the Florence airport, so very good for them."

"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. "Très beau logement qui est très très bien situé, à 10-15 min à pieds max de tous ce qu’on a visité. Propre et très pratique grâce à la petite cuisine. Pas très lumineux mais ce n’est pas grave puisqu’on n’est pas la pour rester dans la chambre. Check-in facile avec propriétaire facile à rejoindre. Je recommande!"

"The place itself is very spacious, with lots of old-world charm. We enjoyed the flat itself. The location is great as well, with some good restaurants and a supermarket close by.

Had to contact Expedia. Our apartment was on the 5th floor with no elevators. The instructions didn’t mention a second stairs path in the building so we took all the luggage to the 5th floor in the wrong apartment. Then had to go down again and up again another 5 floors to the right one.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very modern, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was also great, close enough to easily access Florence's main attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. It's about a 10 minute walk to the busy central area of Florence. I would definitely stay here again."
