Nos enviaron un voucher para otro hotel, sin consultarnos ni avisaron a expedia. Nos toco aceptar porque no teniamos muchas opciones, pero eso no se hace. El otro hotel no era mejor ni lleno nuestras expectativas. Eso no se hace."

O que não gostamos foi que na saida nos cobraram uma água e um chocolate (18,00) que não haviam sido consumidos por nós. Ficamos chateados, mas pagamos pra não se alongar na discussao. Nem mexemos no frigobar. Achei uma desorganização tremenda e ficou uma situação muito constrangedora. "
